Yes, completely. There's no cost to speak with Chris, no minimum coverage threshold, and no obligation to enroll in anything afterward. The consultation exists to help you get clarity — nothing more.
I don't live in Oregon. Can Chris still help me?
In most cases, yes. ARS Associates is licensed in 16 states. If you're in Washington, California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or several other states, Chris can work with you remotely by phone or video.
How long does a typical consultation take?
Most initial consultations run 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how many questions you have and how complex your situation is. There's no hard stop — if you need more time, we'll take it.
What should I bring or prepare before the call?
Nothing is required. If you have a current insurance card, a list of your medications, or a summary of your current coverage, those can be helpful — but if you don't, we'll work with what you have.
